The Tech4Sahel project, funded by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, aimed to strengthen the digital skills of young people and entrepreneurs in the Sahel through technological training and tailored digital solutions. The project was led by Simplon, makesense Africa, and IRD.

• I trained 25 young individuals in digital referent roles using the active pedagogy method, promoting learning through hands-on experience, collaborative exchanges, and direct involvement of learners in practical projects.

• I trained 50 women in the digital literacy training framework of the SAS Hackeuses program, aimed at enhancing their digital skills and preparing them for professional opportunities in the technology field.

• As the learner sourcing manager, I was responsible for recruiting and identifying candidates for the training programs based on the criteria defined by the project. My role involved ensuring a rigorous selection process, taking into account the qualifications, skills, and potential of the learners. I closely collaborated with the teaching teams and partners to promote the training opportunities and attract a diverse and qualified audience. I was also responsible for managing applications, organizing selection interviews, and providing continuous support to the candidates throughout the process.
• At the end of the project, we achieved an exceptional result with 0 dropouts, which reflects the effectiveness of our selection, follow-up, and support approach for the learners.
