Leadership and manage all technical and operational aspects of Mine Geology. Organize, manage, and schedule Mine Geology processes to achieve production budgets and support short, medium, and long-term objectives. Development and implementation of technical and operational processes to optimize grade control, ore management, mine-to-mill reconciliation, and other operational aspects for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Leading and overseeing grade control modelling processes to ensure best practices for drilling and sampling, data management, QAQC of drilling data, interpretation, wireframing, assay capping, compositing, grade estimation, Block modelling, validation, and reporting. Planning and executing grade control and resource conversion grade control drill programs to ensure timely updates of grade control and resource models. Updating dig plans to support ore selectivity in all the operating pits. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide input for mine planning, design, scheduling, and operational decisions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and meetings. Contribute to the development of near mine exploration drilling targets, resource definition and resource extension drill targets and reviewing of projects to identify resource extension opportunities and additional Resources. Monitor and mentor the mine geology team members.
