Fara Emile Tenguiano

Social Policy Manager
Conakry,Guinea

Summary

With over 18 years of experience in international development and operations across Guinea, Mali, Haiti, and Senegal, I bring a strong background in contract management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic program coordination. For the past 11 years with UNICEF, I have successfully managed contracts with national and international firms and individual consultants, overseeing procurement, compliance, and performance in fragile and emergency contexts. My work has focused on cross-sectoral programs in social protection, local governance, and community resilience, aligned with the Humanitarian-Development-Peace (HDP) Nexus. Earlier in my career, I served as Community Relations Manager at SMD Mining Company in Léro, Guinea, where I led community engagement, supported HSE interventions, and managed contracts related to mining operations. Fluent in French and proficient in English, I combine strong analytical, supervisory, and partnership-building skills with a deep understanding of operational dynamics-making me well-positioned to contribute to BIA Group's mining projects and contractual operations.
